2 large everything bagels

1/4 cup olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons sesame seeds (optional)

2 tablespoons poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Slice the Bagels: Using a sharp knife, carefully slice each bagel into thin, even chips, about 1/4 inch thick.

      Make the Seasoning Mixture: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, and black pepper until well combined.
