1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (or a vegan alternative)

½ cup homemade or store-bought Caesar dressing

Croutons (optional)

Lemon wedges for serving

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare Chickpeas: In a mixing bowl, combine the drained chickpeas, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the chickpeas are evenly coated.
