Crispy Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap

2 large flour tortillas

1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded

4 slices of crispy bacon, crumbled

½ cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded lettuce

½ cup diced tomatoes

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

¼ cup diced red onion

Salt and pepper, to taste

Olive oil or cooking spray (for frying)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken:

    If you don’t have pre-cooked chicken, season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-sear them until fully cooked and no longer pink inside (about 6-7 minutes per side depending on thickness). Once cooked, let them cool for a few minutes, then shred them with two forks.

      Cook the Bacon:

        In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until they are crispy. Remove from the skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess grease. Once cooled, crumble into small pieces.

          Mix the Filling:

            In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and diced red onion. Stir well until everything is evenly coated with the dressing.

              Assemble the Wrap:

                Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spoon an equal amount of the chicken and bacon mixture onto the center of each tortilla, leaving enough space at the edges to fold the wrap.

                  Fold and Roll:

                    Fold in the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then starting from the bottom, tightly roll up the tortilla to enclose the filling completely. Ensure it holds its shape well.

                      Crisp the Wrap:

                        Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil or spray with cooking spray. Once hot, place the wrapped tortillas seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden and crispy.
