1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 medium cucumber, grated and drained well

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions
 

Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce:

    - In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined. Refrigerate the tzatziki sauce for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

      Marinate the Chicken:

        - In a large bowl, mix the cubed chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil for added moisture and flavor. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes for better taste.

          Assemble the Skewers:
