1 can (5 oz) tuna in water, drained

1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted

2 tablespoons Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

1/4 cup chopped cucumbers

1/4 cup diced bell pepper (any color)

4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 cup mixed greens or spinach

Optional: Fresh herbs (like cilantro or parsley) for garnish

Prepare the Tuna Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, avocado, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Use a fork to mash the avocado and mix all the ingredients together until well blended but still slightly chunky for texture.

    Add the Veggies: Gently fold in the chopped red onion, cucumbers, and bell pepper until evenly distributed in the tuna mixture. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.

      Assemble the Wraps: Lay a whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous portion of the creamy tuna mixture down the center of the wrap, leaving some space at the edges.
