1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1/2 cup almond butter (or any nut butter of your choice)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

Zest of 1 lime

Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tablespoons)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips (optional)

Combine the Base Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add rolled oats, shredded coconut, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), lime zest, lime juice, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
