Ingredients

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

1 cup fresh blueberries

1 medium banana, sliced into thick rounds

1 tablespoon melted butter

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Optional: maple syrup for drizzling

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare Cinnamon Rolls: Open the can of cinnamon rolls and carefully unroll each piece. Cut the rolls into thirds to create bite-sized pieces.

Assemble Skewers: Take a skewer (wooden or metal), and thread on a piece of cinnamon roll, followed by a strawberry half, a slice of banana, and a few blueberries. Repeat the layering until you fill the skewer, leaving some space at the ends for handling. Aim for 2-3 sets of the ingredients per skewer.

Brush with Butter and Cinnamon: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the ground cinnamon. Brush the cinnamon mixture over each skewer to enhance the flavors.

Bake the Skewers: Place the skewers on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cinnamon roll pieces are golden brown and cooked through.

Drizzle with Icing: While the skewers are baking, prepare the icing from the cinnamon roll can. Once the skewers are out of the oven and slightly cool, drizzle the icing over the skewers generously.

Serve with Maple Syrup (Optional): If desired, serve with a side of maple syrup for extra sweetness. These skewers are perfect for dipping!
