Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)

3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup dark chocolate chips (or chopped dark chocolate)

1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

¼ cup chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios, or walnuts for added crunch)

Sea salt flakes (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Spread the Yogurt: Line a baking sheet (around 9x13 inches) with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the baking sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula, aiming for about ½ inch thick.

Add the Toppings: Scatter the sliced strawberries evenly over the yogurt layer. Then sprinkle the chocolate chips and chopped nuts on top, distributing them for an even bite throughout.

Melt the Chocolate (optional): If you prefer melty chocolate, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt and toppings to create a marbled effect (optional).

Freeze the Bark: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2 to 3 hours, or until the bark is completely frozen and firm.

Break into Pieces: Once frozen, remove the bark from the freezer. Carefully lift the parchment paper off the baking sheet and break the bark into pieces using your hands or a sharp knife.

Serve: Optionally, sprinkle sea salt flakes on top before serving for that perfect sweet-salty combination.

Storage: Store the bark in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy a piece whenever you're craving a refreshing treat!
