Ingredients

1 ripe banana, frozen

1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter

1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of sea salt

Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker texture)

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients: If you haven't already, peel and freeze a ripe banana at least a few hours before you plan to make the smoothie. This adds creaminess to the texture.

Mix It Up: In a blender, combine the frozen banana, creamy peanut butter, cocoa powder, almond milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt.

Blend: Blend on high until all ingredients are smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker consistency, add a few ice cubes and blend again until smooth.

Taste and Adjust: Taste your smoothie. If you want it sweeter, add a little more honey or maple syrup and blend again. Adjust the creaminess by adding more milk if necessary.

Serve: Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately, or garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder, a few banana slices, or a dollop of peanut butter on top for an extra treat.
