⅓ cup buttermilk (or ⅓ cup milk + 1 teaspoon vinegar)

½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a standard muffin tin with two cupcake liners.

    Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
