1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for added crunch)

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.

Prepare Chicken Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, diced ham, Swiss cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Toss gently to mix.

Make Sauce Mixture: In another bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, chicken broth, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt until well combined.

Combine Mixtures: Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and ham mixture. Stir until everything is evenly coated.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the entire mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

Add Topping: In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs with olive oil and mix until the breadcrumbs are well-coated. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the casserole.

Bake: Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy, and the sauce is bubbly.

Garnish and Serve: Remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top for a burst of color before serving.
