8 oz rotini pasta

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded (preferably grilled)

1 1/2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup croutons

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta:

    - In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the rotini pasta according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Set aside.

      Prepare the Chicken:
