Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta Bake

12 oz penne pasta

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

8 oz cooked bacon, crumbled

1 cup ranch dressing

1 cup sour cream

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

¼ cup green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Mix the Sauce: In a large bowl, combine the ranch dressing, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

        Combine Ingredients: In the same bowl, add the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, and crumbled bacon. Gently fold in 1 cup of cheddar cheese and ½ cup of mozzarella cheese, reserving the remaining cheese for topping.

          Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the pasta mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

            Add Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top of the pasta mixture.

              Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

                Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
