Ingredients

20 large jumbo pasta shells

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (grilled or rotisserie works great)

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (plus extra for topping)

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 1/2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta Shells: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the jumbo shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.

Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Fill the Shells: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Take a spoonful of the chicken mixture and carefully fill each pasta shell, making sure to pack it well. Repeat until all shells are filled.

Assemble the Dish: In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread 1/2 cup of Alfredo sauce on the bottom. Place the stuffed shells seam side up in the dish. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce evenly over the shells. Sprinkle extra mozzarella cheese over the top.

Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil (to prevent sticking, spray the foil with a little cooking spray). Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Garnish and Serve: Once done, remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy your creamy indulgence!
