Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

2 tablespoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Cooking spray

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a bundt pan with cooking spray to ensure the monkey bread comes out easily.

Prepare Chicken Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, Alfredo sauce, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.

Prepare Biscuit Dough: Open the cans of biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters. You should have about 32 pieces.

Coat Biscuit Pieces: Place the biscuit pieces in a large bowl. Drizzle melted butter over the dough pieces and toss to coat.

Assemble Monkey Bread: Take a piece of biscuit dough, and place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center. Pinch the dough around the filling to seal it, then shape it into a ball. Repeat this process until all biscuit pieces are filled and shaped.

Layer in Bundt Pan: Place the filled dough balls in the prepared bundt pan, layering them evenly. Pour any remaining Alfredo sauce over the top, ensuring all pieces are well-coated.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).

Cool and Serve: Once done, remove from the oven and let the monkey bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Carefully invert onto a serving plate. Sprinkle with additional chopped parsley if desired, and enjoy your delicious Chicken Alfredo Monkey Bread!
