1/2 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour for a GF version)

1/3 cup tahini (creamy or crunchy, based on preference)

1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)

1/4 cup coconut sugar (or granulated sugar)

1/4 cup maple syrup (or honey for non-vegan)

1/3 cup coconut oil (melted)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or almonds, optional)

Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon if using. Stir to combine.

      Blend Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the tahini, brown sugar, coconut sugar, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth and well blended.
