8 oz (225g) pasta (your choice: spaghetti, fettuccine, or rigatoni)

2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

1 clove garlic, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a kick)

1 cup fresh basil leaves, loosely packed

8 oz (225g) burrata cheese

Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

Zest of 1 lemon (optional)

Balsamic glaze, for drizzling (optional)

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve about ½ cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta and set it aside.

    Sauté Cherry Tomatoes: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
