4 large eggs

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup canned chili (with or without beans, your choice)

4 slices of your favorite bread (sourdough, whole wheat, or white)

1 tablespoon butter

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a medium mixing bowl, crack the 4 eggs and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until the mixture is well combined.
