Cheesy Beef Noodle Casserole

12 oz egg noodles

1 lb ground beef

1 medium onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes, drained

1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce

1 cup beef broth

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup sour cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook the Noodles: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula. Drain any excess fat.

        Sauté Vegetables: Add the diced onion and garlic to the skillet with the beef. Sauté for about 3-5 minutes until the onion is translucent.

          Combine Ingredients: Stir in the drained diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Let this mixture simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
