8 large eggs

1 cup whole milk

2 cups fresh broccoli florets, steamed and chopped

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup diced onion

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing the baking dish

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil to prevent sticking.

    Prepare Broccoli: If you haven't already, steam the broccoli florets until they are tender but still bright green, about 4-5 minutes. Let them cool slightly before chopping.

      Mix Eggs and Milk: In a large mixing bowl, crack the eggs and pour in the whole milk. Beat together until well combined and frothy.

        Add Seasoning: Stir in the salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried oregano into the egg mixture. Add the minced garlic and diced onion, mixing everything thoroughly.

          Incorporate Broccoli and Cheese: Gently fold in the steamed and chopped broccoli, along with the shredded cheddar cheese, ensuring an even distribution throughout the mixture.
