Ingredients

For the Brownie Crust:

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter

2 cups granulated sugar

4 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon baking powder

For the Topping:

1 cup cream cheese, softened

½ cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups assorted fresh fruits (e.g., strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, bananas, and raspberries)

Optional: mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-inch pizza pan or line it with parchment paper.

Make the Brownie Crust: In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat, and stir in the granulated sugar until well combined.

Add Eggs and Vanilla: Allow the butter mixture to cool slightly, then whisk in the eggs, one at a time, and finally stir in the vanilla extract.

Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Bake the Crust: Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pizza pan and spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.

Prepare the Cream Cheese Topping: In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy and well combined. Set aside.

Arrange the Fruits: Once the brownie crust has cooled, spread the cream cheese topping evenly over the surface. Next, beautifully arrange your choice of fresh fruits on top of the creamy layer. Get creative with patterns or groupings!

Chill and Serve: Optionally, chill the assembled brownie fruit pizza in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes for a firmer texture. Slice into wedges and serve cold.
