Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup pickles, sliced

½ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup ketchup

¼ cup mustard

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat. Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to incorporate flavors. Remove from heat.

Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and apple cider vinegar. Stir until well combined. This will be your Big Mac-style sauce.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a couple of tablespoons of the sauce over the tortilla. Add a generous amount of the cooked ground beef, followed by shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and sliced pickles.

Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and then roll from the bottom up, ensuring all fillings are secured inside. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

Toast the Wraps (Optional): For added crunch, heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly toast the wraps on each side for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Serve and Enjoy: Slice the wraps in half at a diagonal, sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired, and serve with extra sauce on the side for dipping.
