Ingredients
  

1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup fresh basil leaves, roughly chopped

1/2 cup ricotta cheese

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Cracked black pepper and extra balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions
 

Prepare the Crostini:

    - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

      - Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides lightly with olive oil.

        - Toast in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

          Make the Ricotta Mixture:

            - In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta cheese and honey. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Add salt and pepper to taste.

              Assemble the Crostini:

                - Spread a generous layer of the honey-ricotta mixture on each toasted baguette slice.

                  - Top with sliced strawberries, then sprinkle with chopped fresh basil.

                    Drizzle and Serve:
