Balsamic Glazed Chicken and Veggies

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup balsamic vinegar

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 cups broccoli florets

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 zucchini, sliced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Prepare the Marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Reserve 1/4 cup of this mixture for later use.

    Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure it's well covered. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for more flavor).

      Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
