2 medium sweet potatoes

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Toppings (choose any combination):

Avocado slices

Hummus

Crumbled feta cheese

Sliced radishes

Fresh arugula

A drizzle of honey or balsamic glaze

Instructions
 

Prepare the Sweet Potatoes:

    Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Slice them lengthwise into 1/4-inch thick slices.

      Season the Slices:

        In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until they are well-coated.
