Ingredients

1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

1 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or regular milk)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ cup buffalo sauce (adjust for heat preference)

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Celery sticks (for serving)

Blue cheese or ranch dressing (for dipping)

Instructions

Prepare the Cauliflower:

    - Rinse the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets. Pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

      Make the Batter:

        - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, almond milk, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.

          Coat the Cauliflower:

            - Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated. Let any excess batter drip off.

              Preheat the Air Fryer:

                - Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.

                  Air Fry the Cauliflower:

                    - Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the battered cauliflower florets in a single layer in the basket. You might need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.

                      - Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.

                        Add the Buffalo Sauce:

                          - In a large bowl, toss the cooked cauliflower with the buffalo sauce and olive oil until well coated.

                            Final Air Frying:

                              - Return the coated cauliflower to the air fryer for an additional 5 minutes at 400°F (200°C) for extra crispiness.

                                Serve:

                                  - Once finished, remove the cauliflower from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot with celery sticks and your choice of blue cheese or ranch dressing.
