4 (6 oz) salmon fillets, skinless

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon lime juice

Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Prepare the Salmon: Start by patting the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Season both sides lightly with salt and pepper.

    Make the Bang Bang Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice until well combined. Set aside a few tablespoons for drizzling later.
