4. Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles.
5. Judicial Relief: Nothing in this section shall preclude either party from seeking provisional or injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

7. Account Security & Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

• Abide by our Community Guidelines, which prohibit harassment, hate speech, spam, and any content that infringes third‑party rights.

8. Termination

We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Site, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Repeated submission of infringing or defamatory content.
